University - Contract Terms & Conditions

Purchasing Services Co. (PSC) was contacted by a university to supply a specialized commodity buyer.  This required extensive discussions over the temporary services contract terms and conditions.  These discussions were necessary because the university's standard terms for contract services did not allow the temporary to be an agent of the university.  This, of course, is the purpose of a purchasing temporary.  We were able to negotiate the terms and place a temporary purchasing professional at the university.  This temporary became a permanent employee of the university's at the end of the contract.
